Each month we will start reading a new book. The choice of books will come from various best sellers lists. We will not be confined to just one genre of literature; therefore, we will be reading both fiction and non-fiction books.
After the book selection has been determined, we will discuss our thoughts and feelings by visiting our blog and entering our comments. The blog will also offer questions in regards to the books. The questions will help to generate discussion and or self reflection. The final discussion of the book will be held in person at the assigned meeting location.
The dues for the book club are $5 (five) dollars per month. The dues are to assist in covering some of the costs associated with providing food and drinks for the meetings. Even though we will not be providing a full hearty meal, we do want to make sure there is enough varieties of food and drink for everyone to freely enjoy.
Last but not least, let’s make new friends. Let’s create networking opportunities. Let’s take on one or all of the 7elements that make up the integrity of our group. Let’s have fun.
